Filtronic plc has sold the remainder of its Powerwave Technologies Inc. (“Powerwave”) common stock, realising net proceeds of £10.2m. The total net proceeds raised from the sale of Filtronic’s 17.7m Powerwave shares is therefore £53.4m.
